If you cannot sign in, need a password reset, or believe your campus or role is incorrect, contact your school’s HALO administrator first. Signing in does not grant emergency-data access without an active school invitation, campus assignment, and role.
For product support, deployment questions, security reports, or institutional onboarding, use the HALO operator’s secure contact form. Include your name, school, campus, and a non-sensitive description of the problem. Do not submit student information, incident details, passwords, or emergency records through the public form.
HALO does not replace 911, emergency services, public-address systems, radios, trained leadership, or your school’s adopted emergency plan. If there is an emergency, follow local procedures and contact emergency services.
